The only place on the island that I will get my haircut. In 26 years I've only trusted a select few to cut my hair. Kelly has a nice sized shop with entertainment options though you won't need them unless you want to hang around and chat. He makes sure to be quick without rushing the quality. Just make sure you schedule about a week out because his cuts are in high demand.
