So Good! Worst part is that I want to go again.. and again. The guys are all friendly, bank on buying the video. It's not a cash grab, they put in the work to make the video good and you'll want to remember your jump!

This place is really nice and very easy to find. The view was amazing, both going up by the aircraft and jumping out of it. The fun and relaxing canopy flight was the opportunity to see the beautiful island. My tandem instructor was really nice and skilled.
Jumped with my wife in October. Was a great experience and a blast :) Super awesome views and great crew! Probably would have jumped again same day had funds & time been willing.... also we got the footage and they did it on site and was pretty cool (worth the $) thanks fellas!
Did a tandem dive, with my wife. Was an outstanding experience. Everything was professional yet relaxed, start to finish. Started with a safety brief, signed the liability forms, then got hooked up to the instructor and into the plane. The flight to altitude was great with very informative info (pretty much an included tour). The roll out of the plane was awesome, free fall was amazing, and the glide down was superb with the instructor basically giving another tour on the way down. Worth every penny. We went into this with the intention to not get the photo/video package, but at the last second went with it (no pressure our choice), and it was very much worth it to share with friends and family. It was the first time for both of us and I highly recommend it. Don't forget to tip your instructor.
BLUF: All was great till the end. We landed so hard and fast that I barely walked away. And sadly, even after the painful and humiliating experience, we got charged more than I thought I would after reviewing price online. Total cost for two Tandem jumpers with video: $735. Still left a tip, as we enjoyed everything till the end, but honestly, I’ll never Tandem again. Hudson was my Tandem Master, do not jump with him.

The staff offered me Advil and water, which I was very appreciative of as we sat and waited for our video footage to be completed. Took about 45 minutes because they kept losing power. The video itself costs $79, but they’ll sneak in “editing” for $109 plus tax unless you apparently make it very clear you don’t want it. I also thought we’d just get one couples video since we did it as a group. Not the case. Just be very cognizant of what you’re paying for if you choose to jump and get footage.
Skydiving has inherent risks and I get that, I signed 7 documents and was video recorded signing the forms... but to barely walk away from the experience I honestly thought I’d at least be offered a refund or discount greater than $40 off the total cost. I highly discourage people from utilizing this business until the company changes its customer care or is certain without a doubt hat their Tandem masters won’t get people hurt. There was no wind, beautiful skies, incredible day. Absolutely no reason to have gotten hurt. I hope Skydive Kauai and Hudson learned something, I know I did.
The views from the plane and once free falling were absolutely incredible, nothing compares to seeing the island from the sky! We did some turns and really enjoyed everything... till landing time. I’m sure he is very experienced, but my Tandem Master, Hudson (who claimed to have 2000 jumps) did not land us properly. We came in incredibly fast and hit the ground hard enough that either of us could have broken several bones or worse. Thankfully we could both move and walk away albeit painful and I briefly lost vision (likely minor concussion). Hudson, you’re a good dude and I had a good time with you, but hopefully you never Tandem again.

The staff was friendly and receiving, seemed to be very knowledgeable and fun. My wife and I were so excited for the skydive, as I have been once and this was her first jump.
